Power in Prayer

Psalm 95:6-7

King James Version (KJV)

6 O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our maker.

7 For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. Today if we will hear his voice,

Psalm 63:4-5

King James Version (KJV)

4 Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.

5 My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:

There is unexplainable power in prayer. For more strength, peace and direction in our lives, we need to pray. God wants us to come to Him in prayer: when we are hurting, when we are angry, when we need direction, when we need answers, when we need hope, when we need healing. He wants us to come to Him for forgiveness, courage, strength, confidence, and perspective. Come with praise, adoration, humility, honor, and worship.

When you wake up in the middle of the night, instead of just lying there or worrying….that’s a good time to pray and worship the Lord
Have a blessed weekend everybody.
