Our relationship with God should be our first priority. He provides for our comfort in uncomfortable situations and we should be careful of our desire and thoughts of worldly possession. Be thankful for the blessings that God has provided you and He will exalt you. He will give us the desires of our heart. He gives us instruction in Psalm 37: 4-7, excellent scriptures. Psalm 37 teaches us to not fret because of those who do evil or be envious of those who do wrong, like the grass they will soon wither away. Often sooner than they think. Proverbs 10:2 teaches ill gotten treasures have no lasting value. So if you knowingly purchase or receive something from ill gotten gain, you sort of curse yourself, you’re is a lose-lose situation.
4 What causes quarrels and what causes fights among you? Is it not this, that your passions[a] are at war within you?[b] 2 You desire and do not have, so you murder. You covet and cannot obtain, so you fight and quarrel. You do not have, because you do not ask. 3 You ask and do not receive, because you ask wrongly, to spend it on your passions.
