We all face trials, there is never all sunshine and no rain. It’s how we handle ourselves during the trials and rainy days that makes the difference. God will never allow us to be tempted above what we can handle. He will not let the problem destroy us. Just because we’ve been praying for days, weeks, or even months, it doesn’t mean that God has not heard our prayer. However, it does show that God is keeping us and providing for us as we go our time of difficulty. He’s grooming us for something much better. We can trust that when we are in the fire that we are not alone and God has provided a way of escape. So keep praising God, no matter what the situation looks like.
13 There hath no temptation taken hold of you but such as is common to man. But God is faithful; He will not suffer you to be tempted beyond that which ye are able to bear, but with the temptation will also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
2 Surely God is my salvation;
I will trust and not be afraid.
The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense[a];
he has become my salvation.”
3 With joy you will draw water
from the wells of salvation
