What we say, and our lifestyle paints the image of who we are. Our inner character and outer character shows our thoughts, and our thoughts are brought about by the seed that is planted within us. If our lifestyle isn’t lined up with the Word of God, then we need some new seed inside of us, and the new seed should be watered daily (with the Word of God). Allow the virtue of God to flow in our lives. Every new challenge is not a time to retreat back to our Egypt, but a time for God’s will to manifest in our lives. We do not have to fight in the battles, because God’s grace is sufficient (2 Corinth 12:9) to handle any obstacle that comes our way.
“Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to
listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. Human anger does not produce the
righteousness God desires.” (James 1:19–20)
10 He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.”
11 The Lord Almighty is with us;
the God of Jacob is our fortress.
Be blessed, keep God first, and keep looking up.
