A Brighter Day
What does our everyday life style say about our character and our relationship with God? What does our children’s behavior say about our character and our relationship with God? Is our lifestyle pleasing to God, or is it the lifestyle that we want for ourselves? Perhaps you’re trying to do everything right and pleasing to our heavenly Father, yet your family is broken, damaged so badly that you keep trying to put the foundation back together, but each time that you do, another crack break through? Too much hurt, too much pain, too many bad memories, sometimes you just hate walking through the door. It seems easier to just walk away, throw in the towel, let this become someone else’s mess- right? Wrong- instead of giving up, give it all to the Lord. God’w Word teaches us to cast ALL of our cares upon Him (1 Peter:5-7). He sees and He will intervene on our behalf, all we need to do is believe. pray and receive, give Him praises, not the same request Romans 8:26-26,34,.
6 He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn,
your vindication like the noonday sun.
13 All your children will be taught by the Lord,
and great will be their peace.
14 In righteousness you will be established:
Tyranny will be far from you;
you will have nothing to fear.
Terror will be far removed;
it will not come near you.
Be blessed, keep God first, and keep looking up.
