The Lord is our Help

It’s wonderful to know that all of our help comes from the Lord.
Let’s face it, none of us are exempt from rainy days. When they come, don’t cave in or crawl under the blankets and stop doing the work of the Lord. Nothing that happens to us ever catches God off guard or by surprise. We serve a mighty God that never slumbers nor sleep. Even in our darkest moments and our deepest mess, He’s there. The enemy wants us to give up, lose faith and began looking into the world’s system for answers. That is not what the Word of God teaches us to do. Instead of the worldly system, we are taught to cast all of our worries at the feet of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (1Peter:5-7, Psalm 55:22). We’re never alone, God promises to never leave or forsake us and as we are praying for others, someone else is praying for us. Whatever the circumstance know that God will not let it destroy us. It’s only our training ground and we come out better/stronger than we went in (Daniel 3).

Deuteronomy 31:6
6 Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.

Psalm 121

121 I lift up my eyes to the hills.
From where does my help come?
2 My help comes from the Lord,
who made heaven and earth.
3 He will not let your foot be moved;
he who keeps you will not slumber.
4 Behold, he who keeps Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord is your keeper;
the Lord is your shade on your right hand.
6 The sun shall not strike you by day,
nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord will keep you from all evil;
he will keep your life.
8 The Lord will keep
your going out and your coming in
from this time forth and forevermore.

Be Blessed, Keep God first and keep looking up.
