Being Thankful

Blessed to Be a Blessing

Live a life of expectancy. God blesses each us to be a blessing. Whether in word or deed, do something to encourage and be a blessing to someone else. The Word of God never promised us that we would all to be millionaires, billionaires, thousandaires, or even the hundredaires, lol…. However He did promise there would always be enough and that His grace is sufficient to meet all of our needs. When we learn to truly appreciate, enjoy and share our blessings, our lives are happier, peaceful and well-rounded..  we find our flour and oil never runs out.

1 Kings 17:14-16

14 For this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: ‘The jar of flour will not be used up and the jug of oil will not run dry until the day the Lord sends rain on the land.’”

15 She went away and did as Elijah had told her. So there was food every day for Elijah and for the woman and her family. 16 For the jar of flour was not used up and the jug of oil did not run dry, in keeping with the word of the Lord spoken by Elijah.

Acts 4:32-34

32 All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had. 33 With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And God’s grace was so powerfully at work in them all 34 that there were no needy persons among them.

Philippians 4:19-20

19 And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.

20 To our God and Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
