Happy Blessed Monday
Get to know that person that God created you to be. Never attempt to run another’s race. What blesses one could bring much sorrow to another. We have to learn to love and be content with ourselves. God created each us for a purpose, none of us are a mistake (Romans 8:29, Ephesians 1:11). If you consider yourself as never good enough, then you’ll always be not good enough. Each one of us is a blessing to someone else. We lose out on so much and tend to miss our own blessings when we’re constantly trying to measure ourselves against another. Take some time to get to know you, not a copy of someone else, or who someone told you that you are. To accomplish this we some time have to remove ourselves from family and friends Genesis 12:1, Acts 7:3. If there is no growth, you’re probably in the wrong group and on the wrong path. We are children of the Most High God, blessed to be a blessing.
Matthew 5:5 (MSG)
5 “You’re blessed when you’re content with just who you are—no more, no less. That’s the moment you find yourselves proud owners of everything that can’t be bought.
11-12 “Do you want to stand out? Then step down. Be a servant. If you puff yourself up, you’ll get the wind knocked out of you. But if you’re content to simply be yourself, your life will count for plenty.
Be blessed, keep God first and keep looking up,
