Be Encouraged and Encourage Someone Else

Happy Blessed Monday!!!

As we go through this week, let’s continue to put our trust in God’s Power and in His Faithfulness. No matter what things look like, good, bad, or indifferent, we walk by faith and not by sight (2 Cor 5:7)

When we walk in God’s Favor, it doesn’t mean that trials and troubles won’t come (none of us are exempt). It means that we walk in joy, we walk in peace and we walk in victory with our heads held high, because we already know the outcome. The Word of God teaches us in 1 Corinthians 10:13 “The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, He will show you a way out so that you can endure”.

Walking in God’s favor means that we walk blessed!! God gives us guidance and His strength to move through the obstacles, and He lightens our burdens.
Matthew 11:29, the Word of God tells us-“Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls”.
We don’t rely on our own abilities, but we trust in His power, that is where we take refuge.
Psalm 125 1 “Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken but endures forever. 2 As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds his people both now and forevermore”.
Psalm 18:28-30 28 “You, Lord, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light. 29 With your help I can advance against a troop; with my God I can scale a wall. 30 As for God, his way is perfect: The Lord’s word is flawless; He shields all who take refuge in him.

Be blessed, keep God first, and keep looking up,

Cheryl
